Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid sessions and written briefings offered by FocusStream Core. Free website content is not covered here.

Eligible services

• Risk Literacy Workshop (group session)
• One-on-one research consultation
• Custom glossary briefing (written deliverable)
• Ecosystem explainer session

Cancellation by you

• More than 14 days before session: Full refund of deposit and any balance paid.
• 7–14 days before session: 50% refund of total session fee; deposit may be applied to a rescheduled date within 90 days.
• Less than 7 days before session: No refund unless we can fill your seat from the waitlist — then 50% refund.
• No-show: No refund. Materials prepared for your seat cannot be reissued to another reader at short notice.

Rescheduling

One free reschedule per booking if requested at least 7 days before the original date. Additional reschedules incur a ₩30,000 administrative fee. Rescheduled sessions must occur within 90 days.

Deposits

Workshop deposits (50%) hold your seat. Deposits are refundable under the cancellation windows above. Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel less than 7 days before the session and we cannot fill the seat.

Custom glossary briefings

• Full refund if we have not started research within 2 business days of payment.
• 50% refund if draft is delivered but you cancel before final revision round.
• No refund after final PDF delivery. Minor factual corrections remain free for 30 days.

Cancellation by FocusStream Core

If we cancel a session (facilitator illness, venue issue, insufficient enrollment), you receive a full refund or priority rescheduling at no extra cost — your choice.

Work already started

Consultations interrupted by attendee technical failure after 30 minutes are not refunded — the facilitator time was allocated. If our systems fail for video sessions, we extend the session or refund proportionally.

Non-refundable items

• Printed materials already shipped domestically.
• Rush fees for glossary briefings once work has begun.
• Third-party costs we prepaid on your behalf with written approval.

Refund process & timing

Email hello@focusstreamcore.click with your booking reference. Approved refunds return to the original bank transfer account within 10 business days. International transfers may take additional clearing time.

Exceptions

Documented medical emergencies or natural disasters preventing travel to Wonju may qualify for credit toward a future session outside standard windows — contact us with supporting documentation within 7 days of the missed session.
